Windows 10: My pc is stuck in the troubleshooting reboot menu

Hi, my computer started to act up last night when i was trying to open Steam. Steam would continuously not open up so i decided to shut down my pc, disconnect power, then turn back on. Once i turned it back on, it showed a screen for doing a repair and was 1% complete. When i woke back up this morning i turned on my pc and it wasnt able to go into windows 10 and instead had me stuck at the troubleshoot reboot menu. No matter what i do I am unable to troubleshoot at all and gives me an error message i try to do something.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Stuck in Reboot loop after power cut

Before we proceed, I would like you to state which troubleshooting steps have you performed bedsides the mentioned to fix the issue.

As per the description, I suspect that you might be stuck in a reboot loop. I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if it helps

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

• What exactly do you mean by “my PC gets a THRED STUCK IN DRVICE DRIVER”?
• Are you getting any error message?

Step 1: I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.
