Windows 10: My pc keeps unexpectedly crashing without any error messages before the event. Also when...

I have no prior knowledge of computers so try to explain things a little bit easier. I have this pc for about a year now just hit a year in February and haven't seen issues like I have described. Note, I have forgotten to connect the cooling system to the CPU for a month but I didn't play any games when the CPU was at that state so that could be a contributor? I have gotten it to a repair shop but the technician said that he cant figure out what the issue of the pc is because he couldn't achieve the same result of crashing the pc like i did i have no idea why. Thank you for the information. It turns out that the
twinapi.appcore.dll files are corrupted, that's why you're getting the said error message. We suggest that you uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your computer, and then perform the following steps:

• Press Windows key + R to open Run.
• Type WSReset.exe and hit
  Enter.
• Open Windows Store and install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Once done, kindly check if the game works for you.

Windows 10 PC is now starting to Crash unexpectedly

I've had my PC for almsot two years and never had issues till yesterday, my PC started to crash unexpectedly.

I checked the Event Viewer, and this are the logs just before i had to force reboot my PC to quick-fix my PC.

Although, it keeps crashing.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

DllHost (15824,D,12) Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy_NOEDP_LEGACY_IDB: The database format feature version 9080 (0x2378) could not be used due to the current database format 1568.20.0, controlled by the parameter 0x410022D8 (8920 | JET_efvAllowHigherPersistedFormat).

DllHost (15824,D,50) Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy_NOEDP_LEGACY_IDB: The database format feature version 9180 (0x23dc) could not be used due to the current database format 1568.20.0, controlled by the parameter 0x410022D8 (8920 | JET_efvAllowHigherPersistedFormat).

The top error was me force rebooting the PC (by pressing and holding the power button). the other two errors are the most recent events before I had to force reboot.

Any help would be great!

There are many possible reasons why the computer will keeps on crashing. One of which is missing or corrupted system files. For us to further isolate the issue, we suggest answering the following questions:

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?
