Windows 10: My PC restarts when I select shutdown.

Hello, almost 2 months ago I got a brand new PC. After some time the PC started to turn back on after I clicked on shutdown.When I select the option shutdown, the screen displays shuting down as usual but the fans on the PC start to change collor. Then the screen goes black for a couple of seconds and the computer turns it self back on.I have tried turning off fast startup and automatic restart under system failure. I also checked the BIOS for any setting and it all looks good. Secure boot is also disabled. All of my drivers windows is updated I use Windows 11 pro.Here are also some of the e

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

Hard drive/ OS issue

Restart and shutdown do not function from START button

If I select restart or shutdown from the log in screen, they work. Both also work from safe mode with networking.

Nothing obvious in the event log.

Any suggestions for the next step?
