  1. My PC will reboot randomly, but it doesn’t seem to happen in safe mode.

I have a desktop PC that I just recently installed windows on, and it seems to crash randomly. I’ve tried seemingly everything: System File Checker (sfc), DISM, disabling automatic restart, disabling third-party services, and even repairing my installation with the media creation tool. Is it possible this is a hardware issue, or could it just be some low-level driver? I am more than willing to provide any additional info.

TL;DR, tried almost everything in the internet, still crashes.

  2. Rebooting into Safe Mode with Networking sees no available networks

I'm trying to reboot the system into the Safe Mode with Networking (option 5). However, while regular mode is connected to the network the Safe Mode doesn't connect and doesn't give any available network list.

    Any suggestions?

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    Thanks again!!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I ran SeaTools. These are the results:

Does it mean my HDD is useless?

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

    • Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
      Enter.
    • Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
    • Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.
