Windows 10: My Phone App does not work properly - White noise on call instead of audio. How can I fix it?

Hi!I got a problem that my Sony Xperia XA2 now makes white noise incall but was working fine before when connected. When I pick calls on the mobile it's just fine, but I started using My Phone because of convenience and comfort.It's in any call I pick up or make a call it's just continuous white noise and nothing else, that quite hurts to listen. I tried to reconnect the phone to PC but it does not fix the problem.

Start Menu Launcher Not Working: white box instead of app list

As of this morning, the launcher my start menu has stopped working properly. Normally, I launch all of my applications by hitting the windows key and typing out the name of what I want until it appears in the launcher. Now, my start menu looks fine when I first hit the windows key or click the windows logo to bring it up. However, this is what I get when I begin to type the name of an application:





Googling variations of the title I used in this post was not fruitful - I found nobody who had a similar problem so far. Restarting the computer does not fix the issue. Any tips on the appropriate steps to diagnose or fix this are much appreciated.

 

Audio Problems-White noise in the background...

Every time I run an app that requires audio, I keep getting this constant white noise playing at the same time. I've done all the tests, updates, and system restore a couple of times and nothing works. Is there a ay for a tech to fix this online while I
watch? Thank you.

 

White noise

The other sort of strange thing is that with the ear buds plugged into the audio port the white noise substantially stops but every now and then a burst of noise sounds. I'm haven't figured out why but it does still burst out with very loud white noise now
and then. The ear buds don't play the white noise at all and they will play audio normally when plugged in. Games sounds are fine, Pandora music plays fine. It has me buffaloed!
