Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications.

Note these are the same steps I used to take a screenshot on my Samsung phone.

If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.

I have updated my lumia 640 to the latest build after that day my phone is not connecting to pc when i connect to pc it says ,yoyr phone is charging slow i have tried many usb cable and lappy but same problem occurand not connecting to pc i have soft reset

• Have you tried using different USB cable in connecting the 2 devices? If not, kindly use another USB cable and check the result.
• Which version of Windows is installed on your phone?
• Have you already updated your PC to the latest Windows 10 build 1703?
