Windows 10: my pictures that's under my downloads

Hey I have several pictures under my downs loads in my pictures. - You know where you have downloads and lists others area for you to place pics. - Wll I have used this for some time to be able to go in find a pic that I want to send to someone multiple times


WEll I went in found the pic well I found the pic I wanted to send and it said that it couldn't be opened up and might need to re install app or something like that - -it's like the pics are frozen - can't send - -my question is how can or how do I re-start the photo app if that's the case. - - -All these pics and I can't even send any - -help me

Quick Access not searching Pictures folder


Summary, that last suggestion didn't work.

• I moved the pictures to another folder temporarily.

• Then I tried to remove the Pictures folder with option one at Add or Remove Folders from This PC in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials. Even after rebooting, the Pictures folder remained.
• So I tried using option two. Same thing: reboot >> Pictures folder still there.

• Since there were no troubleshooting steps for this scenario, just for the heck of it, I ran through the restore steps. Copied some pictures into the Pictures folder, ran a Quick Access search and initial problem remains: Searching all of QA doesn't find any files in Pictures folder, running search on just the Pictures folder does. I want to run a global search and find matching files in any/all of the Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders.

That article dates from 2015 and I'm guessing is out of date. I hope it didn't create potential future problems in my registry.

Bottom line: I'm still looking for a fix.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Why are pictures I download showing up on my desktop and some pictures I don't know who they are being saved on my computer?

To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• From where are you trying to download and save the Pictures?
• While saving the Pictures are you not prompted to save in a particular location?

I suggest you to check in the Downloads folder and check if they exist there.

• Press Windows + E keys and select Downloads
  in the left side Navigation bar and check if the downloaded Pictures exists there.
