    My pin is nolonger available due to change to the security settings on my device.


    I am unable to set-up a new PIN as it asks for a security code to be sent on a number I no longer have.

    "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device."

    After resetting my windows 10 pc (Dell Latitude 3190) I receive the message "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device." I cannot enter Safe Mode either. During the Reset I was asked something about the TPM? and I selected to allow the change/erase. I've tried multiple solutions listed in this forum to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    YOUR PIN IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE DUE TO A CHANGE TO THE SECURITY SETTINGS ON THIS DEVICE

    I have installed a NEW CPU in my PC and when I boot my pc up it says "your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again". I clicked "set up my PIN" and nothing happened, so I shift+restart to go to the troubleshoot page and when I click on anything it asks for my password for my Microsoft account but no matter what password I but in it says "The password is incorrect. Try again. someone please help asap!
