Windows 10: My Recovery key bitlocker failed unlocking

Hi.Earlier this year i had a problem with my computer where it would not scan for virus by the integrated windows security. It simply said ''you do not have administration access'' or something like that. I used this thread and tried many things, but i could not resolve it. Then i took my computer to an IT guy who works at a professional shop and solved it by doing a clean install. he said that probably my lenovo computers updates did'nt co-respond with the new windows updates. he clean installed it to an earlier windows 11 update and said i shouldnt update it until a little while. after this

Windows BitLocker Recovery Key Not Working (Failed to unlock with this recovery key)

We have a system with BitLocker Enabled. The system requested a recovery key and we entered the correct 48-digit recovery password based on the provided Recovery Key ID. However, after entering the recovery key, it says "Failed to unlock with this recovery key" may I know how to solve the issue and how we get the file on the disk if the recovery is not working?

bitlocker pops: failed to unlock with this recover key.

A Notebook pops need Bitlocker recovery key when turn it on, input the key and said "failed to unlock with this recover key".

we enabled Bitlocker and store the key in AD. Now the notebook cannot go to Windows.

Go to "Advance" >> Command Prompt >> input command: Manage-bde -unlock C: -rp 48 digitals

also pop "failed to unlock with this recover key".

the key is stored in AD and Password ID is same
