Windows 10: My Redragon k552 turns on but won't type unless I hold 8 other keys down

Discus and support My Redragon k552 turns on but won't type unless I hold 8 other keys down in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; As title says, my keyboard refuses to type anything unless I simultaneously hold down 8 different keys.     My Redragon k552 turns on but won't type unless I hold 8 other keys down


    As title says, my keyboard refuses to type anything unless I simultaneously hold down 8 different keys. I'm pretty sure I have tried everything at this point and not sure what I'm missing. The keyboard is plug and play and doesn't require drivers, I have booted into safe mode, uninstalled from device manager 2 times, rebooted my computer multiple times, ran the troubleshooter, plugged into a different USB port, updated windows and still nothing. I have even plugged the keyboard into a different PC and it works perfectly fine on it. So why isn't it working on mine? I also have to mention that I

    My caps lock won t turn off

    I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way

    Asus Transformer t100ta won´t turn on Win10

    Yesterday was reading on it. All of a sudden turned off and now it won´t turn on

    laptop won't turn on

    this is taking it a step further than the previous post, so ill do that and see what happens.

    I believe i checked this , could be a different cable but ill double check.

    Edit: oh and sometimes when i press and hold the power button the little green power button light will briefly turn on.
