Windows 10: my replies are returned

The last month or so any reply I submit to an answer received from Microsoft support agents is returned as a new email in my outlook.com inbox. It appears my responses to the agents' excellent help are not being received, read by the agent. This problem has never happened in many years of support use.

Changed Cortana into US English but Still Replied in Chinese

I suggest you to Remove the Chineselanguage and add it again and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Remove the Chinese language.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Chineselanguage.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add ChineseLanguage.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the Chinese language from the given list.

Stuck in Returning to previous build

Hi Paul,

Thank you for posting in Community.

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

1. What task where you performing when you receive the Black screen?

2. Where you installing any software?

3. Can you access your desktop screen?

If not, then I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you can return back to your desktop screen. To do so follow the steps below:

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
