Windows 10: My scanned documents no longer appear.

I continue to try but cannot find any of the documents I have scanned. I had no problem for years. the message on my computer says- scan is complete- from a Brother printer. Same printer, same computer as before and Windows 10.

Please help.

Hello,

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

Jump Lists No Longer Appear

After the uninstallation of some software yesterday, I no longer have jump lists in my taskbar icons. I right click on them, and there's no response whatsoever. Right click functionality on the taskbar itself and in all other places appears to be normal. I'm hoping there will be a relatively simple registry key I can edit or something. Anyone have some suggestions?

 

Scanned Documents File not visible

Hi. My Scanned Documents file is not visible. Scanned Documents are being scanned into that location. And I can see the file along with the scanned documents in the pop up window once the documents are scanned but once I close that window I can no longer
see it. I know the Scanned Document file location is located in my Documents File but it is invisible. Only way I can see this file location is to either scan a new document so that the Window pops up again or type the file location directly into the file
explorer address bar but this is a pretty tedious method. I've any suggestions?
