Windows 10: My screen colors become so bad after about 20 seconds of the pc being on

I didnt change any settings to my monitor, and i doubt i changed some color settings on my pc, but whenever i turn my pc on, for some reason after like 20 seconds, the colors just become way worse as i showed in the images, the darker one is how it should be, the one with a bunch more light is the wrong one. I dont know if this is the game's fault or the pc's fault, but i think it isnt the game bc it used to work fine before. I tried changing my HDMI cable on my monitor, i turned on "Use Windows display calibration" in Color Management, but it still wont fix

The color on my second screen is very dark and I want to lighten this.

• Are you using second monitor as computer or TV?

If you are using computer as second monitor then I suggest you to change the color of the screen through the buttons that are on right side of the monitor.

If you are facing the brightness issue with both the monitors then the issue might be due to display, please do let us know with more information regarding this issue.

You can try these steps in changing the
Background color:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.
