    My screen sometimes turns black or appears glitchy when I'm on a Skype call.


    At first, it mostly happened when I was screen sharing, but now it happens when I'm simply on call with someone on Skype. My friend and I have the Microsoft Laptop 2 and the same thing has happened to her. I have tried resetting skype and downloading it again, but it still happens every now and then. My screen sometimes turns black or appears glitchy when I'm on a Skype call. [​IMG]

    My screen sometimes turns black or appears glitchy when I'm on a Skype call.

    Screen turns black, system "hybernating"

    Turned it on - after almost an entire day without touching it - and worked for 3 hours before the same screen black, system hibernating happened again.

    Checked the temperature throughout and the cores registered at max 56 and 50.

    Suggestions?
