    My screen times out and goes blank after three minutes


    I have Window 10 up-to-date. If I am inactive for more than three minutes the screen times out and goes blank. I have checked the power settings and all are for much longer. I can find no other setting that control this action. Need help.

    Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

    I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?

    No my monitor is set to stay on all the time in power settings and there is no noise when it dies it just gets right to the blank and black screen and then if you wait a minute the screen gets to the check cable connection like there is no monitor at all.

    screen goes blank and locks.

    screen goes blank after a very few minutes of nonuse. Locks and has to be unlocked. sucks
