Windows 10: My screens turns on when I receive any notification

My screen is set to turn off after 15 of inactivity, but when i receive any notification, it turns on for about 3-5 seconds and turns off again. I don't want it to do that, it didn't before, I don't know if it's a bug from a update or i changed something without knowing. I already disabled everything on Notifications settings, tried to find posts on forums but no one had a solution at all.Any ideas on what is causing this and/or how to fix it?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Follow these steps to check if it works:

You may just turn them off the notification as you need.
