Windows 10: My Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop is not working.

Hi.


I just bought a second handed Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

I got the dongle and plugged it in. However, when I plugged it in, I moved the mouse and nothing happened. I also pressed a key from the keyboard and a key from the number pad. Nothing happened too.

I downloaded the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center. And I am able to see my mouse, keyboard and number pad in it, but when I physically move it, it didn't work.


My guess is that it is not connected.

Can someone please provide some solution to this?

Some suggestions:

Open up device manager - use run devmgmt.msc

Locate the malfunctioning device(s) - probably under "Other devices"

Right click and "Uninstall" - do not "Scan for hardware changes"
