Windows 10: my sons account has been hacked

Discus and support my sons account has been hacked in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; my sons account has been hacked and they have changed his email so when trying reset the password its telling us that no account with that email....     my sons account has been hacked and they have changed his email so when trying reset the password its telling us that no account with that email. phoning Microsoft the automated message tells us support has moved online following that link and then typing in my sons email comes back with there is no Microsoft account that that name.This is ridiculous, kinda a catch 22 situation, cannot log in to get support, cannot phone someone to get supportAnyone have any suggestions?thanks Clarke
