Windows 10: my sound is coming out of my headphones in every single program except zoom

so my monitor speakers are shite and my lecturer records with a bad quality mic. my headphones work in other programs and are selected as the default device- youtube sound for example comes through headphones while my zoom sound comes from my other speakers. please help! it’s so strange, it’s been happening since i set up my computer.

I can't make all sound come out of my headphones

I use Windows 7, and some sound comes out of my headphones, and others come out of my speakers. I've Googled it, and they told me to go into Control Panel, then Sound, and then disable Speakers, but it didn't work! I want all sound to come out of my headphones.
If someone could help me with this, that would be great

There is no sound coming out of my headphones

My speakers are working but my headphones do not seem to have sound playing through.

It used to play sound just an hour ago but all of a sudden the sound stopped working
