Windows 10: My sound is not working after a Factory Reset windows 10

So I decided to factory reset my gaming pc and after the reset I noticed my sound wasn't working so I tried to update my drivers but that didn't work, I even tried different audio drivers but again nothing. I use a tv as my monitor btw with an hdmi cord of course I've been stuck here for hours but nothing, can someone help me please?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

I suggest you create bootable media on a working computer then try performing a direct clean install.
