Windows 10: My speakers arnt working but they say they are wrong

i don't believe that my speakers are broken I just feel like something on my laptop isn't letting me hear any audio it is using Realtek audio and microphone and I have no clue what to do since I am not that great with computers I have tried most things like troubleshooting the audio and reset the device and there is still nothing. when I tried the trouble shoot audio it came up with : "Turning off audio enhancements might improve sound quality. To turn them off, use the "disable all" checkbox or uncheck them individually, then click "apply". If you don't see an enhancements tab then your device doesn't have any enhancements." please help since I like to watch youtube a lot!

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works. This issue could be because of the Headphones BT SPEAKER Stereo being set as default. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Pair the speaker with your PC.
  
• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
  and right click on your Bluetooth speaker (BT SPEAKER Stereo).
  
• Choose Disable and acknowledge the confirmation popup. Wait for the screen to refresh.
  
• Right click on the same device again and Enable.
  
• Exit Device Manager and see if the issue persist.

Speakers and headphones work at the same time

• Have you tried connecting your headphones directly to your desktop?
• Does your speaker work normally when connected to your desktop?

• Unplug or Disconnect your speaker from the desktop.
• Connect your headphone directly to the desktop.
