Windows 10: My Start button, Settings, or Hotkeys won't work.

So I've been having this problem for a little bit, and it's been concerning me. My Windows (Start) button isn't working, I can't check Wi-Fi, Sound, Battery, or notifications, I can't personalize my background or lock screen, and my settings won't work. It's very problematic as I can't connect to wireless displays, open my Start menu, or do much else other than browsing the internet or use some of my applications. I've tried to wipe the hard drive to see if it would work, and it hasn't. Help would be appreciated.

Start Button displaying but not working


The start button was working until there was a forced reboot (power failure). Then left click (normal click) over the start button does absolutely nothing. Right click brings up a menu but "programs" and also "settings" are missing and not included on this list. Search or Task View buttons do not work either with "normal" click. Does anyone have any suggestion or fixes?

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist
