Windows 10: My surface laptop go overheats

Hi so I had this recent problem that my surface laptop go keeps on overheating, I tried everything and nothing worked, I even put the power on 99 on max and high and nothing. In the start it wasn’t like this, I even referred it so many times but no, what can I do

If anyone was curious about The Surface 3 Laptop performance, running programs at different times, I do chunks of research sometimes of independent/multidisciplinary studies and coursework so sometimes I have lots of tabs open .

 

Boot Surface Laptop to USB - no Volume button

This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

*Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.
