Windows 10: My system will often not wake up after sleep mode black screen only and occasionally I get...

I have an ACER Aspire C27 all in one computer and over the last few months the system will not start up after sleep mode black screen only and I get the blue screen of death quite often. Black screen while waking up the system from sleep/ hibernate mode on Windows 10

• Do let us know the make and model of your computer?
• which is the version of Windows 10 operating system installed on your device?

This issue could have occurred due to incorrect power settings or corrupt power plan.

Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps:

Method 1: I suggest you to run power troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Power troubleshooter find and fix problems with your computer's power settings to conserve power and extent battery life.

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Control Panel.
• In the Control Panel window, select Category and then select
  Large icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• Click View all and then click Power.
• Click Next and follow on-screen instructions.

If the issue persists,

Method 2: I suggest you to
restore the power plans to default.

Follow the steps to reset and restore the power plans to default
and check if it helps:

• Right-click on Start button
  and click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the command prompt, type powercfg –restoredefaultschemes
  and hit Enter.
• Exit command prompt.

Note: This would reset the power plan settings to default. Any customized power plans are would be removed.

Black or blue screen after wake up from sleep , Windows 10

I'm not completely computer illiterate, but close. After installing a couple of new Big Fish games, i had sound but no picture. After a Google search, i updated a couple drivers from the Microsoft site (don't recall the ones suggested). Games ran perfectly.
After waking the computer from sleep mode, i got a white-mesh looking screen and CTRL-ALT-DELETE wouldn't shut it down. I had to hold the power button to turn it off. It started up fine twice but the third time, i could hear it turn on but got a black screen.
I can't access it at all now. I have an HP Pavilion all-in-one with Windows 10. Any suggestions?
