Windows 10: My taskbar is not loading and apps wont open

My laptop was doing fine before this happened, it boots normally but once opened, the taskbar is not seen, when the space is clicked, it only shows a black bar and loading icon, and after few second, the whole screen will go black. Other apps such as settings does not open.I already tried restarting my laptop countless times, used sfc /scannow but shows it did not find any integrity violations and restored my laptop before September 2, 2024 update.

photo app in windows 10 wont load

my photo app wont open, and I cant uninstall it for it does not come up in the apps list in the settings. But it is in the all apps list.

When I have tried to reinstall it from playstore it says already installed. But wont open, and the new Twinui default photo view app wont open any jpeg files it say "class not registered".

I have followed other suggestions of troubleshooting, and system scan with no results.

Any suggestions?

MAIl app will not open from taskbar and neither will The Microsoft Store

I have always used my Hotmail mail account through the MAIL app from Windows but now when I click onto the icon on my taskbar it looks as though its going to load on the desktop but then nothing happens. I have searched the internet for a solution and
followed many suggestions to correct including running Windows Powershell as admin to remove the apps and then reinstall from Store but the store App wont open either from taskbar or from the menu list. Please can someone help?

 

Active apps wont open on taskbar

several apps wont open on the taskbar even though they are active. Google Chrome, discord, and even lokal apps like taskmanager wont open, although they are active.

have tried restarting the computer and tried scanning the computer in the command prompt, but there are no faults

No idea what to do, considering a factory restart
