Windows 10: My thoughts on a PC Port for Gears of War 2 and 3

Gears of War is by far my absolute favorite video game franchise, and being a Gears fan that would like to play the games on PC, I believe Gears of War 2 and 3 should be ported to PC. Gears 2 for Windows PCs would be a dream come true to me and other Gears of War advocates who prefer playing on PC rather than playing with the Xbox.
