Windows 10: My up arrow key is not being recognised by Windows at all

Windows is unable to detect any up arrow key input that I make from any keyboard.

I am using a SteelSeries m750 TKL keyboard connected to a MSI gp63 leopard 8re laptop.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling drivers and checked if its not something wrong with my keyboard. It definitely isn't as I connected my keyboard to a raspberry pi and it works perfectly fine. Note, the up arrow key is the only problem as all other keys work i thought it might be related to macros on SteelSeries engine 3 [SteelSeries gg now] but that's not the case as I have put all the settings back to default.

Also, the up arrow key isn't recognised when I use the laptop's keyboard, my external keyboard or even the on screen keyboard in windows.

After running online keyboard testers it recognises that I'm pressing the key but no "output" is detected. When I use keyboard tester it lights up the up arrow when I click it however, it doesn't make the click sound saying that the key works fine.

Had this problem for a very long while and I could live with it before but it really makes running programs in CMD much harder when I cant just use the up arrow to execute the last command.

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?

 

Windows Keyboard recognise Left Ctrl as Arrow Up Key

Whenever I am using Excel or Word documents, the Left Ctrl key keeps on moving up and Ctrl+c does not work.

I used Sharp Keys suggested by a few people, when I pressed the left Ctrl key, I realised that it is recognised as an Arrow Up Key.

Things I have tried: Sticky keys is off, I have uninstalled the keyboard, I have also changed the keyboard language but I am still facing the same issue.

PS. I am using US Keyboard.

Can someone help please?
