Windows 10: my usb 3.0 harddrive doesnt get reconized as a storage disk, how do i fix it

so i had a external usb 3.0 harddrive connected to my pc and had it there for awhile, made a storage pool out of it but then i rearanged my pc settup and had to unplug it, now my pc says i cant make any storage pools anymore because i dont have a harddrive connected to my pc even though it is connected, my pc sees that its connecteed, its supplying power, but it just doesnt reconize it as a storage disk. what do i do?

hello everyone. my USB Bluetooth dongle reconized as a USB mass storage and i cant use bluetooth. whats problem?? i think partition table corruptted.

i asked in Hidden Anonymous Forum too and even Sinister Witch King Hacker community telegram group doesnt helped yet.

My MSconfig boot tab is empty, and I can't fix it

Installed and created the rescue USB with no problems.
So I tried to do it step by step. (Couldnt do step 1 and 3 tho (also they are optional)). Bcd doesnt work, also i never had the option to fix my C: drive. Only H and E so my disk 0.

 

Harddrive

Storage is for "Hard Disks, CD/DVD, USB Drives, RAID, SSD & Other Media" Just a suggestion to get it in the right subcategory.
