Windows 10: My win10 desktop freezes in a non-systematic wat

Hi zbook,
I tried to export firefox bookmarks, but since the program failed to respond, I decided to install it without taking care of the bookmarks.
After reinstalling, I ran Revo, which failed to trace any firefox leftovers.
I reinstalled the program' but it continues not to respond.

So, I attach a updated version of my system.

Wondershare appears to still be present.

 

I wonder why? I've uninstalled following post #4. It's not shown in my Control Panel, neither does Revo show a trace.
Following your remark I ran a search, and found few Wondershare references (not the program) on drive C: and I deleted them.
I wonder there's anything else I can do.

I wondered what else is related to the Wondershare issue, particularly since all references to this source disappeared following my uninstalling and further manual cleaning of leftovers.
Well, I checked the hosts file, and this may be the last, I hope reminder of past installation.
If that's the case, then I attach a new zip file following editing of this file.
If there's any other disturbing point, please let me know.
Meanwhile, the system is very slow, can't watch movies and doing serious work inside my browsers, this time Opera, since I failed to revive Firefox.

 

Are you files backed up to another drive or to the cloud?
Have you made an image of the drive?
If you needed to could you perform a clean install (delete partitions, format drive, make unallocated drive and install a fresh copy of windows 10 version 1703)?

Which malware scans have you ran?
Please post reports of the results.

Please list the always on malware scanners that you are currently using.
Please list the manual malware scanners that you are using.

My backup at this moment is only partial and therefore' I would prefer to keep clean install as the last resort option. (Can you suggest a cloud service, just in case?)
I'm running at this moment the online services, ESET and Microsoft safety scanner. Since my system looks problematic, I decided to run comprehensive scans' which are still working after 36 hours.
Strangely enough, until this moment, Microsoft safety scanner discovered 5 problems and ESET - 109! (Looks like ESET uncovered old cookies etc. from drives of an ancient time. I still wait for the scan completion prior to any action.
Is there anything new evident from my last report?
In addition to these two scanning program, Norton Security free runs its own control, and once awhile I run Malwarebytes.
