Windows 10: My Windows 10 is not updating

I was having this issue previously so I have done a clean installation with latest Win10 ISO. But the problem still persists.
After the clean installation and installing some of common drivers which were downloaded from laptop manufacturer's website, I clicked 'Check for updates' in settings app. It downloaded almost 700MB of update and then installed them and asked for restart. I restarted the pc, It was showing progress percentage of update and at 7% it restarted abruptly and said, "We Couldn’t Complete the Updates Undoing Changes". After the restart I got a notification about the issue, clicked on the notification and head to the settings app. which is like this picture:

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
