Windows 10: My windows 10 laptop does not have cmd, powershell, or MS store

Hello, I factory reset my Windows 10 Laptop and when I was setting up my laptops settings, I noticed that Microsoft store, cmd and PowerShell are missing.I tried to find out how to bring them back after the reset but nothing helped. The laptop is also in Windows S mode So I could not use apps outside of Microsoft store. Microsoft store isn't even in the Apps and Features in settings.

Missing MS DOS and Powershell on new Laptop

I bought a new Windows 10 laptop and it was initially running in S mode. I disabled the S mode as I need to download applications that are not t available in the Microsoft Store. I use CMD a lot in my daily activities but this computer does not have MS
DOS or Powershell installed. Is there any way I can install these two applications?

I will have to agree, as when i upgraded the fixes work and now i am using a clean install none of them work except onedrive.
