Windows 10: My windows 10 laptop is really slow all the sudden

My laptop usually runs pretty good but all the sudden it's super slow,I tried opening apps and even right clicking on the home screen and nothing would load for awhile. I restarted it and it cant even start up and the screen is black and it usually takes 10 seconds to turn on. Is this an update issue or is it just me?

Windows 10 download speed issues

Try this method:

• First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
• locate and select “Update and Security“.
• in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
• In Advanced Options; Click on “Choose How Updates are Delivered“.
• Turn off Updates from more than one place.

Your system will not work as a seeder for other Windows 10 users. It will give sudden boast to your Slow internet speed.

 

Sudden slow operation of laptop

i have a toshiba satellite u 500 1f5 laptop

since 2010

but now all of a sudden it started to go slow

at the beginning it was just a hang

then it was not shutting down And it hadbeen forcefully shutdown

now it takes so much time to open windows and every single app

my Ddrive is also not responding

Pls help me
