Windows 10: My windows 10 pro. get freezed ..

Hi my windows 10 pro x64 Asus Tuf laptop , ryzzen7 4800 H. It is geting freez or stuck at when pause youtube video on edge browser. Today while watching video 5 times in 1 hour gap system get stuck freezed when pause 3 times while watching 2 times. I dont know what happend. It is brand new laptop. i just turned on 1 hour ago. no heat or nothing. when I was not using edge or youtube it is not frrezed. when i play youtube video it is stuck.. please check...
