Windows 10: My windows 10 pro seems to be broken but I can’t reset it or do a fresh install.

A problem appeared out of nowhere on my pc recently where the internet settings stopped working and would close whenever opened, resulting in me being unable to connect to the internet. After searching for hours trying things like scans and console commands nothing worked. My only hope was to do a fresh install of windows to get my system back to normal, however that seems to have failed me. I downloaded everything to a usb but after getting to about 10% it gave an error something along the lines of, “Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all the files required for installation are

Fresh USB Windows 10 Install - Failing

I am trying to install a fresh copy (reformatted the hard disk) of windows 10 using a USB

• Created an installation media on a USB flash drive (Win 10 pro) from this page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
• Changed the boot order on the other PC so that it boots using USB
• Selected custom install
• Installing Windows goes through the following steps successfully: Copying Windows Files, Getting Files ready for installation, Installing features, Installing updates and before the last step (Finishing up), it restarts
• Then it goes back to the start of the installation steps

I am stuck and have read numerous posts but don't know what to do to install a fresh copy of Win 10.

 

Clean Windows 10 (?PRO?) install

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.
