Windows 10: My Windows 10 wont Update. (Undoing Changes)

Okay, so this is a problem i have had for a good while now, and while i have tried to search google day and night for how to fix it, i simply could not find any answers that works.


OS: Windows 10


A while ago, (before this was a problem) i installed a 250gb SSD into my laptop to run my OS off of. Everything worked fine for a while but then stuff started happening, i noticed that everytime my pc got turned on it would try to update the OS 2-3 times stop at around 19% and then eventually stop, then start again, go to about 7% and then say "could not update, undoing changes"

Along with my Windows not updating i have also lost acces to my downloads folder, even though i dont know if this is in relation to the update error.

Its just come to a point where i no longer turn off my laptop, but just put it to sleep, but i still get constant notifications that windows needs to update, i of course just extend the waiting time by a few days. And then of course some times (VERY VERY rarely) my pc will just shut down to try and auto-update, but of course that does the same "undoing changes".

Asking for help in here has come to be my final option, so i hope someone is able to help me.
