Windows 10: my windows activation is showing error code 0*8007007b

my windows is showing activation error code 0*8007007b

and after running command prompt this is what I see. i don't understand what i should do then.

I have been unable to upgrade to Windows 10 and keep getting various error codes. I've tried several suggestions mentioned on this forum and other sites on the internet but each suggestion just gives me a new error code. However, I have got it to consistently
give me this error now.

Any ideas how I to fix this so I can update?

Previous error codes I've gotten are 80070003 and 80240016. Now it consistently gives me 8007007B. No luck updating from a usb with the image file either. It just fails out at around 18%. I'm updating from 8.1 to 10. I have another laptop where I updated
from 7 to 10 without any issues.

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001
