Windows 10: My Windows Blue Screen And Restart

Hello just to the point

Why my windows 10 LTSB always blue screen and said "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart"

its always happening when i tryin to open such like a video content on : browser , And windows media player


Before this happening my proccess in task manager is stable , no program running in the background consume the resources


how to fix it ? its very annoying my job
