Windows 10: My Windows defender page is just blank. PLS help

I dont know when this started but my windows defender page in my PC is just a blank space i can't find anything about it in youtube

hello my computer had some viruses named Trojan I don't know what it is but now I know its I virus not completely sure.I also have problems with windows defender but when I open windows defender for a scan it is blank and only home is showed on the left
pls help me I think I have another virus

Windows Defender blank page

I cant open my windows defender antivirus application it says only Security at a glance and its the blank page i can only go to the settings page which there are not many options i can do. I think my windows defender program is corrupted how can i fix
it i have updated my windows aswell but the same i cant scan my pc i need to install a third party antivirus to scan. Also i checked the services tab to see and i noticed that there wasnt a service called Windows Defender Antivirus Service only the network
one which i cant get to start it. I searched the google and i didn't find anything helpful.
