Windows 10: My Windows is corrupted help

I was playing a game and clicked off to another monitor to look something up on chrome this minimized the game. When I tried to click back on it would not come back up and stopped playback on Spotify, I gave it some time and it still wasn't showing up, and hovering over the taskbar would cause the cursor to turn into a loading circle. Then I pressed CTRL+ALT+DEL to try and get task manager, it did not work initially so I mashed DEL a bit then gave it some more time. After a couple of minutes, my monitor white screened, and after a while black screened. I let it sit on the black screen for around 10 minutes and when it was not loading I hit the reset button.

When I try and boot my system now it will take a long time before windows says it's failed to startup and resets itself which then causes a neverending black screen. When I reset my system again it requires me to reselect a boot device and selecting my windows install does this loop again. Booting to my Windows USB does not allow me to reinstall Windows. When I tried to do a startup repair it found an issue tried to fix it then gave a message that it could not fix it doing startup repair any more does not find an issue. Booting to the original Windows install with the USB plugged in says that startup repair cannot repair your PC system restore give a you must select what Windows install to restore and system image recovery gives a STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002) error please help me

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

I hope the above steps will help you repair the corrupted RAR archive.
