    My windows is occationally freezing


    So I recently bought myself a new ssd to replace my previous (and only) hard drive to run windows on (that is, I replaced it as the boot drive). So I used the windows media creation tool to reinstall it to my new ssd.

    At first everything seemed to work as usual, however after a while the computer started to act a bit strangely. Occasionally I experience freezing of either certain applications or windows in general. These freezes can last around 1-30 seconds. I think it started happening after I updated windows (I think the 14th of december), so I would speculate that this might have been the cause of the problem.

    I'm sort of at a loss for what to do at this point, so help would be highly appreciated!

    all games crash!

    ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

    had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.
