the error message says my password is not correct however when I called microsoft you said

it is not supported please help

I am receiving mail, but cannot send mail in Windows Live Mail 2011

when i try to use my windows live mail 2011 the following message pops -

Unable to send or receive messages for the Ntlworld (john.greenbankj) account.

Server Error: 0x80072EFF

Mail in Windows Live Mail 2011 - can I import to Windows 10 Mail?

Just installed Windows 10 (from 7).

All my emails are stored in Windows Live Mail 2011.

Mail in Windows 10 doesn't seem to see these and I can't see a way to import them.

I've received an email from Microsoft saying Live Mail 2011 will no longer be supported, so what do I do??? The email suggests I need to change to Outlook or Live Mail 2012, (but doesn't say how to do this), or to use Windows 10 Mail - but that's no good
if I can't import my stored mails.

Anyone any suggestions please!
