    My windows resets itself after every restart to some strange windows environment, all files...


    Dear sir/madam,My laptop had low power and closed itself I plugged in the power and turned on the power of my laptop again, but I got a message as windows is preparing, after a while I got in a some strange windows environment, even the wallpaper it's blue now all my documents are gone, Lot of functionality doesn't seem to wotk like microsoft store doesn't work, does nothing. Everytime I close or restart the laptop I get message preparing windows and everything is reset again. Speakers also almost at max. How can I get windows to work properly again and get my files back?Kind regards

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
