Windows 10: my windows store is not opening

my windows stores first it didnt connect to network then i tired to diagnose with youtube videos but it made the problem worse and finally i saw windows own way to solve said problem so checked for updates it installed some updates but the problem still persisted so did the next steps and did all that all was perfect nothing was able to repair the windows store and then finally it said to reset the cache of windows store i did what the instruction said but i got an error report of i do not know how to proceed with the problem is the reason that i havent activated windows or is it something els

To resolve the issue with your Windows Store, we suggest that you reset it by following the steps listed:

• Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe, and click OK.

It will show a command prompt window which is blank, but it is clearing the cache. Just wait for the Store to close and open automatically.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
