Windows 10: My Windows Update in Update and Security is constantly stuck on the Loading page with the...

I wanted to install something from microsoft store and saw this problem but when i ran a troubleshoot for windows update it didn't show any problems. I've tried restartin my PC for almost 5 times and waited 20 minutes each time. But i've been stuck in the same spot. Other options like Windows security or Backup or Troubleshoot are running normally all except the Windows Update one.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
