Windows 10: My windows version changed

I did a reset on my desktop computer and when it finished there's a watermark on the bottom right that was never there that says "windows 10 enterprise"


I have windows 10 pro edition and I linked my microsoft account before the reset.

Can someone help me

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
