Windows 10: My windows10 is sucking!!

I can't understand why the hell brand new HP laptop with i3-7th generation and 4GB RAM is not able to perform up to the mark.

Forget about games and graphics, can't even work basic things like copying, editing etc., Taking lot of time to open multiple windows.

Hi Ray,

To troubleshoot your issue, we suggest doing these following troubleshooting methods:

Method 1

• Turn off your PC.
• Press and hold Shift then turn on your PC.
• Wait for the setup (set up fixes the problem automatically).

Method 2

• Create a media creation tool by following the steps in this
  link.
• Select your preferred installation option and wait for the process to finish.

Did the checks as suggested didn't find any problems but the problem still persists, windows10 still sucks
