  1. Mysterious DRIVER IRQL BSOD's (bridge.sys code)

    First off, I am NOT using ANY anti-virus/anti-malware services (learned that the hard way), and below are the steps that I have tried already to no avail;

    1) Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic TWICE (no errors)

    2) Ran memtest86 for THREE hours, TWICE (no errors)

    3) Uninstalled ALL network drivers and re-installed them

    4) Uninstalled a lot of other miscellaneous drivers and re-installed them

    5) Uninstalled my video drivers and re-installed them (just to be thorough)

    6) Disabled write caching on all HDD's

    7) Ran the 'sfc /scannow' command THREE times (no errors or problems)

    8) Ran 'sfc /scannow' in Safe Mode THREE times (again no errors or problems)

    9) Ran the 'chkdsk' command a TWICE on ALL HDD's, it found no errors in any of them

    10) Ran the 'Error Checking' service on all HDD's TWICE

NOTE- I did do a complete fresh install of Windows. I did not upgrade from previous versions of Windows. I booted from a flash on freshly formatted HDD's and installed from there. They have worked fine for four years, but thought it might be of relevance to note this.

I did recently change to new RAM, but have ran various memory testing services (shows above) and they have found no fault. I am not using AMP (I run an AMD CPU) and they are running at whatever frequency the board finds it suitable to run at (usually 900 - 1300MHz, while the cards are rated for 1866MHz) and the board is also rated for up to 1866MHz, so compatibility should not be an issue.

I am also not using Hyper-V (turned it off after I read that it can cause this and various other types of BSOD's) as I had it on due to me using BlueStacks frequently.

Also, I can boot into Windows absolutely fine, but at utterly random points it will BSOD me, sometimes while it is simply idling and others while I'm gaming or downloading. At this point I don't know if there is much else I can do to remedy this other than repairing Windows or straight up fresh install (I would LOVE to not have to do either as I have quite a bit of data that is of importance to me, and 'repairing' Windows when I used Windows 8 way back when would always delete files)

Here are three dump files of the BSOD happening with differing conditions (one after two days without a BSOD's, one before the log-on screen, and the other while trying to view the other two dump files) https://drive.google.com/open?id=1rGIiw_136CAf8YnDcVEYdKE9eg3XBMUD

So, any and all advice is appreciated!

    Thanks in advance, -James

    :)

  2. BSOD Driver IRQL Not less or equal

I keep getting the BSOD and the error of "BSOD Driver IRQL Not less or equal" What failed: Wdf01000.sys

The dump file and the ini file are here:
    https://www.dropbox.com/sh/pi30ogsobiazk5y/AABZAnKBgAWVbBy4uUYCN7c4a?dl=0

I have tried rebooting and updating all the drivers but nothing works. It happens mostly when I run a program called NexRemote but it says it is up to date and it doesn't seem to be a widespread problem.

    Any suggestions?

    Ed

I got DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL and Driver Verifier Detected Violation BSOD with xhunter1.sys error

I was minding my own thing then suddenly my PC crashed at 1pm with DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. After updating my Windows and checked few errors, at 3 pm, I got Driver Verifier Detected Violation
BSOD with xhunter1.sys whenever I attempt to log in to Dungeon Fighter Online. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Dungeon Fighter Online bit the crash still happens. Why did I get these errors? Any steps to alleviate this problem?
