Windows 10: Mysterious Laptop programming

I had issues

I paid and 365Microsof office but i don't get use it properly

2 Operating system being writen off an other program

3 There were many un app around my website

4 My gmail account being shut down without nowing why People used code or another App contorl my gmail account ; My gmail being code and written off as program.

5 Someone putting APP or operating of my computer thus My translate app doesn't not right I couldt express it how or why, but i just knew it

6 How to i stop folks and controls my computer

7 I used and gone madia ; People took a picture on me while on screen

8 I used ENVY laptop note but being missing of many of componets ; It isn't allow me to reboot by myself

I thought this is computer expert -person done it stricitly on my computer thus i even can't research more info sometime These issue have been going on for long time somehow i have been sensing about it More i even not have any privace any more... All of my wire device being damaged either laptop or phone.


How do i identity " Is this safe website or not safe website ?"

What are web broser should i use it why ?

What kind computer classes or code classes should i learn or take ?



I like learning from your guys " what a way for stop these issues?"

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
