Windows 10: Mystery popup on Desktop

This pops up occasionally in the lower right of the desktop. I cannot find a Kommodo.com on my pc or Google. Maybe it's a virus -- I use Malwarebytes and Windows Defender and no notice from either. There is no indication in Task Manager. Aside from the irritation it appears to be harmless. But it's driving me nuts. *Banghead How can I get rid of it?

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware

And I would start with Step 4, resetting your browser

In the event log the closest i found was these two things. Do these give any ideas?
