    I'm having an issue with a windows 10 computer and Dynamics NAV 2017 and IE 11,


    Whenever a link is clicked in NAV it opens a blank IE window but does not actually place the URL or forward to the location.


    In the blank IE window if you press the ESC key the url seems to populate allowing you to refresh the page which brings you to the link.


    I believe that this may have something to do with the TAB feature because if you set IE to always restore TABs, then have a TAB already open when IE is closed. NAV links will work but it keeps creating a never ending trail of tab windows.


    Has anyone run into this behavior before or possibly know a fix for it?

    • Is this specific to Internet Explorer?

    • Do you also face this issue in other sites?

    • What happen when you try using other browser?
    Method 1: I suggest you to try in inprivate browsing.


    • Open Internet Explorer.

    • Press control + Shift + p on your keyboard.

    • Copy paste the web link.
    Method 2: Manage add-ons and check if that helps.

    If issue persist try using Microsoft Edge and check if that helps.

    IE dors not connect opens with blank page in Windows 10


    Suddenly IE opens and nothing displays. It has always worked before. Edge and Chrome working properly.

    Clicking on a link results in a blank page in IE 11.

    Changes in the browser settings or an add-on may cause the issue. To troubleshoot the issue, I'd recommend that you perform the methods provided by Ada Liu in this
